There are no guarantees of income, employment, or financial return.
1. Nature of the Membership
Your payment gives you access to digital content, community spaces, and shared learning activities.
This membership is not an investment.
You do not receive equity, ownership, or financial rights in Veralis One Ltd.
You do not enter an employment relationship with Veralis One Ltd.
2. My Commitment
I put my full effort into building this community.
I work every week to create progress.
I aim to keep this community active for as long as I live.
I stay fair with every member.
I share my outcomes, growth, failures, and direction.
This is a personal commitment, not a legal guarantee of results.
3. Member Responsibilities
You join for personal development and shared learning.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, finances, and legal status.
You must follow community rules to keep the space safe and respectful.
4. Fees and Billing
Membership is a monthly subscription.
Payment is taken automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time.
When you cancel, access remains active until the end of the paid month.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not offered once you have received access to digital content or community spaces.
This follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content, where you agree to immediate access and waive the 14-day cancellation right.
6. No Financial Promises
I do not offer financial advice.
I do not offer income guarantees.
You do not join with the expectation of profit.
Any future opportunities, paid roles, or shared projects will be voluntary and will follow separate written agreements if they appear.
7. Use of Funds
Your subscription supports the ongoing work, tools, digital content, and community development of OneZeroX.
This is a service fee, not a pooled investment.
8. Data and Privacy
Your personal data is handled under UK GDPR.
Details on collection, storage, and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.
By joining, you agree to the processing necessary to run your membership.
9. Termination
I keep the right to suspend or remove access if someone breaks the rules or harms the community.
If membership ends, there is no refund for the current billing period.
