OneZeroX exists to create ethical, transparent, and community-driven businesses.
This policy protects our members, our community, and the integrity of our work.
By joining or participating in OneZeroX projects, you agree to follow these principles.

2. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Do not share or disclose personal contact details, messages, or information about other members without their consent.
• Do not publish or discuss internal projects, ideas, or plans of OneZeroX in any public space, online or offline.
• All internal communication, shared materials, and documents are confidential and for community use only.
• Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the community.

3. Respect and Conduct

• Treat every member with honesty and respect.
• No hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
• Keep discussions solution-focused and professional.
• Speak truthfully, act fairly, and protect the reputation of the community.

4. Collaboration and Ethics

• Share real knowledge and experience.
• Avoid false promises or exaggerated results.
• Respect intellectual property and give credit when it’s due.
• Work to create mutual value, not competition or exploitation.

5. Data and Security

• Personal data is processed under UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• Do not share login details, internal files, or access credentials with anyone outside OneZeroX
• Report any security issue immediately to contact@onezerox.com

6. Enforcement

• One written warning for minor issues.
• Immediate removal for serious breaches such as:

  • Disclosure of private information

  • Harassment or threats

  • Fraud, deception, or illegal activity
    • All enforcement actions are reviewed by leadership for fairness and documentation.
