ARTICLE I – THE FOUNDATION

This constitution exists to protect a simple and clean idea, a community of conscious and equal people who live and work without greed, without manipulation, and without domination. Its purpose is to create a model of life and economy based on kindness, fairness, and cooperation. In this model, profit is a tool, not a purpose. Power is rotational, not permanent. Every person has equal value, no matter their status, wealth, or knowledge. This idea cannot be owned, bought, or registered. It can only be lived, shared, and multiplied through actions and personal example. Anyone who chooses to be part of this community takes an oath of awareness, to never use this idea for control, manipulation, or selfish gain, but only for the common good and the growth of all.

ARTICLE II – THE IMMUTABLE PRINCIPLES

  1. Kindness is the supreme law. Every decision, project, or action must bring good, not harm.

  2. Awareness before profit. No amount of money justifies losing respect, dignity, or truth.

  3. Total transparency. Any decision, expense, vote, or change must be visible to anyone in the community.

  4. Equality between people. No human stands above another.

  5. Power is temporary. Leadership is a service, not a privilege.

  6. Knowledge is given, not sold. Information is a common good.

  7. Each contributes according to strength, each receives according to need and merit.

  8. Money is circulating energy, not a tool of domination.

  9. No permanent exclusion. The purpose is learning, not punishment.

  10. The oath of integrity. Every member stays honest and attentive to their intention.

ARTICLE III – COMMUNITY STRUCTURE

The community functions as a living organism, not as a hierarchical company. There are autonomous teams connected by principles, not control. Leadership is rotational and temporary. Decisions are made through equal voting.
Profit is split into three parts:
70 percent direct contribution
20 percent education and development
10 percent human support
All ideas and creations remain common property of the community.

Basic financial flow

    Comes from every active member.
    It is not distributed as profit.
    It is invested 100 percent into growth.

Platforms, software, AI, servers
Internal education
Marketing, content, promotion
New products, automations, processes

  1. Operational profit
    Based on external revenue.
    Split by the 80, 15, 5 formula
    80 percent for direct contributors
    15 percent reinvested into growth
    5 percent for human support and community aid

The monthly subscription is the form of commitment.
Percentages apply during the first year or until the community reaches a financial level that allows members to sustain their lifestyle and work full time inside the community.

ARTICLE IV – PROTECTING THE IDEA

The idea cannot be owned. Anyone who applies it does so as a guardian, not a proprietor. Any version of the idea must be published and archived. Changes must be public. The oath of integrity is mandatory for anyone who applies the principles. The best protection is personal example.

ARTICLE V – THE LEGACY

The idea does not die with the founder. It lives through those who apply it with kindness and awareness. Anyone who carries it forward with respect for the principles becomes a continuator. The constitution is a living code that adapts without losing its essence. Kindness lived even once stays in the world forever.

ARTICLE VI – THE LAW OF INNER BALANCE

  1. No decision is made under anger, fear, or revenge. In any conflict, the community pauses for seventy two hours. Silence brings clarity. Clarity brings fairness.

  2. Anger is not punished, it is understood. When a member falls to emotion, others do not judge. They listen and help them return to balance.

  3. The circle of reflection. In tensions, a neutral group listens to both sides with attention and without condemnation. The aim is harmony, not punishment.

  4. Pain is a silent teacher. After every mistake or betrayal, the community looks for the cause, not the culprit. The first question is “What within us attracted this mistake?” not “Who is guilty?”

  5. Revenge is not part of nature. The strength of the conscious human is the ability to heal, not to strike. Conscious forgiveness is the highest act of courage.

  6. Inner peace is the highest protection. A community that holds peace inside cannot be broken from outside.

FUNDAMENTAL NOTE OF THE CONSTITUTION

Veralis One is not an organization. It is an agreement between people who choose to live with respect, balance, and awareness. This constitution is a universal moral platform. It guides any form of human collaboration, business, education, technology, community life. It offers a clear frame based on kindness, fairness, transparency, and trust. Everything built under this name will follow these principles. Every project, idea, or action will be measured by its real impact on people and on the world. In time, Veralis One will become a symbol of modern ethics, proof that business can grow clean, fair, and human. When someone hears this name or sees its symbol, they will know

This constitution protects everyone.
It can be modified, expanded, or improved through the wisdom of future generations.
The original form will never be destroyed.
It remains a moral reference and the testimony of the moment when a group of people chose to build a world led by awareness, not greed.
